About the Engagement:

We are staffing a long-term, government data platform project. This is a multi-year engagement requiring professionals who bring deep technical ownership, not just execution. We have specifically mandated expertise in Informatica IICS and Snowflake — there is no flexibility on this.

🔴 Hard Requirements — Non-Negotiable

You must have hands-on, production-grade experience with ALL of the following:

Informatica IICS (Intelligent Cloud Services)

✅ Cloud Data Integration (CDI) — pipeline design, mappings, transformations

✅ Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) — profiling, rules, DQ scorecards

✅ Application Integration (CAI) — API and event-driven integration

✅ Mass Ingestion & CDC — bulk and change-data-capture pipelines

✅ Ability to debug, optimize, and troubleshoot IICS jobs independently

Snowflake

✅ Data warehousing, schema design, and performance tuning

✅ Clustering keys, materialized views, dynamic data masking

✅ Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks for real-time/near-real-time workflows

✅ Cost optimization and query profiling

✅ Role-based access control and data governance on Snowflake

Need to have project knowledge using the tools/technologies stated above.

📋 Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-grade data platforms aligned with government-scale requirements

Design and deliver ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IICS across all modules

Build, optimize, and govern Snowflake data warehouse solutions

Define data modelling standards — dimensional, normalized, and enterprise models

Drive data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance standards

Collaborate with business, BI, and analytics stakeholders

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers

📌 Full Requirements

9+ years in data engineering and data architecture roles

Proven, verifiable hands-on experience in Informatica IICS (all modules)

Deep Snowflake expertise — not just querying, but architecture and ops

Advanced SQL — large-scale data processing and optimization

Cloud platform experience: AWS / Azure / GCP

Strong data modelling skills across multiple paradigms

Government, BFSI, or large enterprise domain experience preferred

Power BI or equivalent BI tool exposure is a plus

Data catalog / data governance tooling knowledge is a plus
