Terms of Service
Effective June 13, 2026 · Celestinfo Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Celestinfo", "we")
1. The service
Nebula HRMS ("the Service") is a cloud HR management platform — employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, performance and related modules — provided at nebula.celestinfo.com and through the Nebula mobile application.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Signing up creates a workspace for your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding credentials, and for all activity under your workspace. Workspace administrators control which of their employees receive accounts and what data is entered. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register.
3. Trials and plans
New workspaces start on a free 14-day trial. At the end of the trial, the workspace moves to the free tier unless a paid plan is agreed. We may change plan features with reasonable notice. Fees, where applicable, are agreed in writing and are exclusive of taxes.
4. Your data
Your organisation owns the data it enters into the Service. We process it solely to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (including employee notice/consent where required) for the personal data your organisation uploads. On written request after termination we will delete or export your workspace data within 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no infringing or malicious material, no attempts to probe, breach or disrupt the Service or other tenants, no resale without our agreement, and no use to send spam. We may suspend workspaces that put the Service or other customers at risk.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guaranteed service level during trials and on the free tier. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by your organisation for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 10,000 if no fees were paid). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request workspace deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend for material breach of these terms. Sections 4, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes are notified in-product or by email at least 14 days in advance. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
